More than 95 years dedicated to helping children

Save the Children is a worldwide, non-religious, non-political and independent children’s rights organization, established in the United Kingdom in 1919. From emergency relief to long-term development, Save the Children protects and promotes children’s rights. We save children’s lives, we fight for their rights, and we help them fulfill their potential. Save the Children works to build a responsible society where children’s voices are heard, their contribution is enabled and significance is attached to their opinions in making decisions relevant to their lives in over 120 countries.

You can find us in Ulaanbaatar, Arkhangai, Bayan-Ulgii, Dornod, Sukhbaatar, Uvurkhangai and Zavkhan aimags (provinces).

Our current thematic programs are:

  • Child Poverty
  • Health and Nutrition

In 2016, Save the Children in Mongolia reached over 40,000 children directly. Our ambition is to do whatever it takes to ensure that every child in Mongolia survives, learns, and is protected by 2030.
